JIRA filters private or public by default?

By default are always “Private“, but we can change the behaviour in the Administration section of JIRA (but just to make it “Public” by default).

Just change the Default User Preferences.

You must know, that the users can change his User Profile also and set “Public” or “Private” by default the new filters created or dashboards.

It’s interesting experiment with this feature/setting
